
Former OCMA member William C. Bollard Esq. is representing Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman in the case against him brought by Mexican officials in connection with his involvement in locating and capturing convicted serial rapist (and heir to the Max Factor fortune) Andrew Luster in Puerto Vallarta in 2003.
According to Bill, the trial is scheduled to commence next Monday in Guadalajara. Duane, his wife Beth and Bill are scheduled to appear on the Larry King Live show on Wednesday, November 29th to tell the story and to provide an update on proceedings.
In addition to his service as past OCMA President, Bill also served as President of the OC Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Bill is a founding partner of Julander, Brown & Bollard in Irvine, California. He was recently appointed as Special Consultant to the Mexican Federal Judicial Council for matters involving the United States of America. Bill received a Bachelors Degree with Honors from BYU, and Juris Doctorate with Honors from Pepperdine University School of Law.
